Key Responsibilities : 

  • Conduct regular audits of the online store to ensure all product assets (descriptions, images, pricing, and size guides) are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
  • Optimise product listings, category pages, and navigation for improved user experience and SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with the UK-based team to launch new products, collections, and promotions on time, adhering to agreed deadlines.
  • Analyse website performance metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, traffic) and propose actionable strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
  • Implement advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and overall site visibility.
  • Coordinate with external developers and digital marketing agencies for website updates, integrations, and SEO campaigns.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials for eCommerce processes to facilitate onboarding and collaboration with other team members.
